An adult choir (open to all singers) sings regularly at the 11:00 a.m.service and at all special services. Choir rehearsal is usually held on Thursdays from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. from September through June under the direction of the Minister of Music. For more information, please contact Dr. Howard Nelson-Williams at

Coffee Host

Coffee hosts provide well-appreciated refreshments including coffee service, sodas, punch, water, etc. as well as snacks and other goodies to the congregation after service. They are also responsible for providing the cups, plates, napkins and silverware for the refreshments and for cleaning the coffee service tray and kitchen after coffee hour. Fellowship during coffee hour strengthens the sense of community and camaraderie among parishioners and provides an opportunity for newcomers to be welcomed. Both men and women are welcome to participate in this ministry. If you are interested in participating, please use the sign up sheet in the coffee area or speak to Bola Agunloye, our Coffee Host Coordinator.

Special Events Hospitality Ministry

This ministry services fellowship activities at St. Christopher's by providing opportunities for all ages and groups within the congregation to get to know each other and fellowship together through social interaction.

The committee plans, hosts and prepares for church-related social functions. Whenever you attend special events and functions and admire the set up (tables, decorations, food, refreshments, service), please remember that there are teams behind the scenes who make it all possible.
